Martial Art Acupressure is a healing art that uses the fingers to press key points on the surface of the skin to stimulate the body's natural self-curative abilities. When these points are pressed, they release muscular tension and promote the circulation of blood and the body's life force to aid healing.
Foremost among the advantages of Martial Art Acupressure is that, there are no side effects from drugs, because there are no drugs.

Yesterday I got myself a brand new Muji card wallet to replace my good old Luggage Label wallet by Yoshida & Co. Ltd.
Being a ONEMANBANG not only get you a lot of freedom to do what you want to do, but also getting your wallet slimmer as you will be throwing all your money to build your dream! Either way, it is also a healthy treat to your butt if you used to have a big wallet in your back pocket.
Been a while since I could get out due to my Sciatica playing up again, so have a few of my photoshop gubbins instead

Information:
The aster flower genus – which is a member of the asteraceae family – once carried over 600 species of blooms; however, after much research the genus was divided, and there are now only 180 species that reside in this genus. All the same, the aster flower remains a remarkably varied and flamboyant bloom, regardless of the species. Some of the more common types include Italian aster, which tends toward a light, almost pastel, purple; the Jenny aster, which comes in vivid reds, and the sky blue aster, which, as its name suggests, is a stunning shade of bright blue.
The name of the aster flower is culled from the ancient Greek word for “star.” This is largely due to the shape of the flower’s head; however, it is also because they grow in a spotted abundance and have an appearance similar to that of the stars in the sky. In mythology, asters were said to have grown from the tears of the goddess Asterea while she wept for the lack of stars on earth. Historically, aster flowers have had many uses. One of the best known is their use as a symbol when placed upon the graves of French soldiers; these flowers were meant to represent a reversal of the outcome of their battles. In ancient times these flowers were smoked, as it was thought that the smokey perfume would ward off wicked serpents. Asters may also be used for their strong medicinal properties. Some varieties of this flower are said to help with migraines, general headaches and colds, while others can aid in treating the pain of sciatica and muscle spasms.
In addition to having a wide array of colors to choose from, the aster flower also has a good deal of meaning to go alongside its good looks. In general, the aster is considered a symbol of patience, daintiness, and a love of variety. Others state that this flower is an emblem for refinement and elegance. As a gift, asters placed in a bouquet with complementing flowers can be representative of love and admiration. They are often given to those born in September, or those celebrating a 20th wedding anniversary. As a more unique gift, you might present a single fresh or dried flower to a lover or friend as a love charm, as asters were thought by some ancient Greeks to hold the mystic power of drawing forth affection.

Thanks to travel I have had thee short weekends, this last one not beginning until I got back home at nine in the evening, so I thought I would start the day slowly, laying in bed until I was ready to get up.
Which meant I heard Jools leave in the car for work at five past six, and I lazed in bed with Cleo at my feet for half an hour before getting up and going down to make a coffee.
Before work, I had a shave and shower, some fresh clothes and some liberal use of after shave made me feel human again.
So, to work. And I am pretty much up to date, but require some time to file mails away from the inbox, by which time I had breakfast and brew.
Outside, the sun shone from a clear blue sky, the wind had dropped and was a fine day, if chilly.
I have reports with ayes to dot and tees to cross, making sure the report looks good as it now gets circulated high up in the company.
At two, I decide to go for a walk.
I have had sciatica on and off for over a month, and was pretty bad on Sunday. But the taking of pain fillers and use of the massage gun had eased things, so I thought a walk might be a good idea.
Just along to the end of the road, along the track, before taking the slope to Collingwood, careful in the mud not to slip over, then after checking on the Heliotropes, back along Collingwood, into the rays of the setting sun, then turning down Station Road and back home, just as the sun set and temperatures dipped.
I thought I had a quiet evening with Jools going to aquafit, but Jools was tired, so cancelled, meaning we had no dinner. Other than other half of party food, which took just twenty minutes to cook/warm though.
After clearing up there wasn't much to do, other than wait for the Newcastle v West Ham game to start, so while Jools went to bed early, I sat with Scully on the sofa watching the game.
I am finally back after about two weeks in limbo! In the middle of everything going on with this virus Mario developed sciatica in his right leg. It was very pain full but with some physical therapy he is doing better. Stay safe everyone!
Pictures of the 'Doctor' and may be his father (the long photo) from whom he inherited the secret treatment. is it the medicine that works? or is it some kind of gift (from high above)? because some herbal liquid and a powder is all that he gives. the same meds for all the hundreds who come there! and the result is miraculous (for most , i would say)

My apologies to all who follow me. Haven't been able to get out to take any photos this past week due to an attack of Sciatica. Much better now. Far Ings, Barton-upon-Humber, North Lincolnshire
Picture by Michael A. J. Rumig.
It took over ten minutes of going back and forth under a shady tree so I could see the readings on the Canon Camera because it was so bright that day but finally settled on this setting and the location on the side railing in the centre. I got this particular idea by watching the photography in the TV series 'Scandal' when they do those still shots between some the scenes. Thanks guys your scenic work and attention to background does not go unnoticed!!!
I have made three scarves since yesterday. They're all full of that poofy lunatic fringe, which I also used in a poem I wrote today.
I am noting such serious progress already. My leg still has some sciatica and a lot of numbness, which may never go away but will probably get a little better. I'm sure the nerves and muscles are all very aggravated over having been snipped. But I took the stairs a lot today—one leg per step, which is very good. I have to do it for therapy, but I figure I'll just do it when I have to go to the bathroom, and I'll get there faster! :-)
My skin is so dry, and my eyes are sunken. I had to soft focus my face to post this.

As seen at the 2010 Women's Expo in San Francisco, Posture Pretty will make you sit up and take control of your posture.
Andre Kirk Agassi was born April 29, 1970 and is a retired American professional tennis player and former World No. 1.
He is Generally considered by critics and fellow players to be one of the greatest tennis players of all time,Agassi has been called the best service returner in the history of the game.
Agassi is the first of two male players (with Rafael Nadal) in history to have achieved a singles Career Golden Slam, and, along with Rod Laver, Don Budge, Fred Perry, Roy Emerson, Roger Federer and Nadal, one of seven men to have achieved a Career Grand Slam—one of four (with Laver, Federer and Nadal) since the beginning of the Open Era. He won eight Grand Slam singles tournaments in fifteen Grand Slam final appearances. He also won seventeen ATP Masters Series tournaments, a record from 2004-2010. He won the 1990 ATP Tour World Championships and was part of a winning Davis Cup team in 1990 and 1992. Agassi is the last American to win the French Open (1999) and the Australian Open (2003).
After suffering from sciatica caused by two bulging discs in his back, a spondylolisthesis (vertebral displacement) and a bone spur that interfered with the nerve, Agassi retired from professional tennis on September 3, 2006, after losing in the third round of the US Open. He is the founder of the Andre Agassi Charitable Foundation, which has raised over $60 million for at-risk children in Southern Nevada. In 2001, the Foundation opened the Andre Agassi College Preparatory Academy in Las Vegas, a K-12 public charter school for at-risk children. Described by the BBC upon his retirement as "perhaps the biggest worldwide star in the sport's history", Agassi's performances, along with his unorthodox apparel and attitude, have seen him cited as one of the most charismatic players in the history of the game, and credited for helping revive the popularity of tennis during the 1990s.He's married to retired professional tennis player Steffi Graf.
2009 didn't start very well for me: my dad (78) called me and told that my mom (84) was confined to bed with a severe bout of sciatica. So I proposed to come over and cook dinner for them. I went round the corner to pick up my car which is parked in an indoor parking lot at a few minutes walk from home... only to find out that the battery was flat. Crap! I had made the mistake of leaving the car idle over the two past weeks (I commute preferably by underground) during which we've had uninterrupted freezing cold temperatures.
My housemate's hubby drove me to my parents who live 10 kilometers (mumble miles) away and I came back home in the afternoon by foot and metro. Anyway, this morning I phoned the call center of my mobile repair company and the lady operator promised me a technician within the hour. I couldn't believe it! So much so that I took my time to putter about a little before I set out to my garage... and ran after the technician's yellow car that was already driving down the street!
I opened the automatic door to let him in, he parked his car next to mine, connected the battery to his charger and the engine started off nicely. Phew! I thanked the guy profusely and asked him if I could take a picture of him and his car. I explained it was for a photo challenge bla bla bla... and he kindly accepted, apologizing for his overalls smeared with sludge. I assured him that it didn't matter at all, that I found young men in greasy fluo overalls soooo sexy... okay I never told him this, of course *giggles*.
The shot is horribly shaky because I was still panting and puffing from my run, but I was sooo happy to come up with a story for my 2/365!... :-))
My lower back has been hurting since the weekend. It's probably a combination of factors as the cause...added to the fact that I seem to have always carried a bit of a weakness in the area. For some reason, my mind always turns to psychological/energetic reasons for pain as well and I found this at chakraenergy.com:
Root or Base Chakra
Colour Association: Red
Sanskit Name: Muladhara
Location: Base of spine, coccyx
Lesson: Survival–The right to exist. Deals with tasks related to the material and physical world. Ability to stand up for oneself and security issues.
Imbalances: Anemia, fatigue, lower back pain, sciatica, depression. Frequent colds or cold hands and cold feet.
Root Stimulants: Physical exercise and restful sleeps, gardening, pottery and clay. Red food and drink. Red gemstones, red clothing, bathing in red, etc. Using red oils such as ylang ylang or sandalwood essential oils.
