Vernazza, one of Cinque Terre's jewels, glows in the mellow tones of twilight. The town's famous pastel houses look stunning against the deep blue of the sea and sky. As the sun sets, the horizon becomes blurry, and the ocean and sky appear to merge.

The storm Éowyn swept over Ireland, Scotland, and the UK, bringing bad weather and heavy rain. Down in southern Germany, especially in Bavaria near the Alps, we just got some minor rain and snow from the same weather front all day long. .
But then—out of nowhere—just before sunset, a break in the clouds. Deep blue sky, fiery red-orange sunset. One of those moments you don’t expect but can’t ignore.
Snapped about six shots with four different prime lenses.
Editing was pretty straightforward: auto adjustments, tweak the exposure, mask the sky, then invert the mask to lift the shadows a bit. Finally, balanced the exposure across the shots for consistency.
