After days of staring at screens and chasing deadlines, I needed a reset. So, I grabbed my camera and made my way to the rocky beach, hoping the sunset would offer something worth capturing. As I set up my shot, the sky was already shifting—warm tones spilling over the water, the pier stretching out like a quiet path into the evening. The textured rocks in the foreground added depth, framing the scene just right. More than just a photo, this was a moment to breathe—to slow down and take in something real before heading back to the noise of work.

It's cooling off at night a bit more now - sneaking around the freezing level (warmer temperatures forecast by the weekend) - in the meantime, that bit of frost brightens all the autumn foliage. This time of the year is so full of colour!
