Browntown Road just west of Bishopville, SC. Back in the late 1980s, a supposed "Lizard Man" was reported multiple times in and around the Scape Ore Swamp.

The Karakoram Highway is one of the highest paved international roads in the world, connecting China and Pakistan. On the way it cuts through some of the most spectacular scenery I have ever had the pleasure of seeing.

This week's Recipe of the Week is Garlic Scape Pesto. It's made of garlic scapes, parmesan cheese, walnuts, olive oil and salt and pepper. A simple recipe with absolutely delicious results.
