A scan from a 35mm slide in my collection. This tram looks well past its sell by date. The bottom dash looks quite battered. I can only assume that this image was taken near the endof the lfe of this car if not the end of the system.

scanned kodachrome tranny with epson v500 scanner using digital ice and color restoration. 400 dpi. Saved as tiff.
Sharpened, cropped, auto levels applied in PS. Saved as jpeg.
Handgun scanned at 800dpi on a Epson V500. Final file is 35+ mpx. Left corner you can see 100% magnification (press 'View all sizes'.)
He was very cooperative. Still trying to rig up my scanner so that i can get it to scan from the top. Not working yet. Hmmm...
scanning the YCAM library. this is my first attempt at 3d scanning a very large space, and i haven't correctly accounted for the extrinsics yet -- i just guessed approximately.
i tried accounting for the distortion coefficients, but somehow that introduced more distortion, so i have to fix that too.

Chicken house burning down on my grand parents farm in the late 50's taken by my father.
I'm a taking a lesson form Andrew on this set and have scanned several of the family slides, most of which were taken of or by my father (many are both with the timer). I've applied my processing techniques to enhance the appearance, but please remember these are well used slides and do show the wear of the years. Enjoy
