Spidey- Hey, wait a minute!

Scalp back on and rubberbanded. She'll sit overnight for the glue to dry. I usually use a water soluble archival glue, but this time I used E6000. Mohair likes to be conditioned from time to time so now she's bath safe.

Sooo hard to wait for lip paint to dry with all that extender. So, a preview.

Airbrushed eyelids in lime, yellow, and vintage orange, fine long lashes, 4 new chips. Doll is a Ginger with reshaped nose, chin, jawline, and eyes. Repaint in progress.

Unsure what blythe it belongs to, but I'm pretty sure it came from and SBL.

"Kyle made a dress to take with me to my new home. I like to stick my pull charm in the pocket. Also, this is what I look like under a flash! Also, this picture is quite similar to this picture: flickr.com/photos/42944111@N00/2536522375/in/set-72157604...

except that I am sooooo tired in this picture."

The reroot is done in the "knot" method. But the holes she makes in the scalp are so large the knots just slip through.

I think I found the reason why the new FBL scalps don't fit RBLs properly. You need to sand down the post things that stick out on the back of the FBL dome and align it with the RBL back plate then to see if you also have to cut off a bit (I had to cut about 1mm off one of the post things). These things are a good bit bigger on the FBL dome than they are on the RBL dome and I wasn't able to close the face plates without sanding them off a bit. It still won't be a perfect fit, but at least you'll be able to close her and there will just be a tiny gap where the face plates meet. See note for more info. :)

I hope everybody has had a great Halloween!!! This is my first Custom Blythe that I named Isa. I purchased her on eBay from joeylala. She's an originally Hello Harvest Blythe with Ebony's scalp. She's wearing a dress by ardentcurse and ixtee boots.

On top of Scalp Mountain today. Really bracing winds, I had to hold the tripod down because the whole thing was shaking so much. I like the sheep in this image because it gives a great sense of scale to the vista beyond, which includes Inch island to the right of the peak, and the Swilly estuary, which flows out to the Atlantic in the right of this image. Rain falling can be seen to the left of the peak over the Swilly, the rain came up to me very quickly after taking this shot.

Barbie's dress form is a bit big for Blythe clothes, but I may have found another use for it. Just need a styrofoam ball or something to support the scalp better.

depois de tentar trocar o corpinho dela pra um tipo 3, acabei tendo a abrir toda a cabeça da coitada.... alguém sabe comofas pra colar o scalp????

after trying to change her body to a type 3 one, I had to open her whole head. does anyone know how to glue the scalp back???

Mencanta, mencanta y mencantaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!

I got the stroppy mouth quite well (apparently!)

This girl was re-done from Saffi - her scalp was originally "Mort's" - (who I have loved for ages) - it just happened to look similar to my hair and I have always wanted to try a mini me - we have managed to find matching outfits (how tragic!!!) especially for LeJourB - so look out for this duo!!!

Like a huge Komodo Dragon, 'Scalp 99 Heavy' negotiates the western end of Fairford's runway as she enters the loop.

Here you can see that both sets of her main wheels can be steered in pairs to make tight turns without putting even more load on them than there already is.

When encountering significant crosswinds both on landing and on take-off, the BUFF can line up the fuselage into wind but steer those wheels onto the runway heading, much like a sailing ship sails angled to the mast.
