I've been wanting to take pictures of my teeny tiny Silverbeam ponies for a while now :) they are perfectly 1:4 scaled. I hope the colors on these turned out okay, I edited them on my laptop and its a color gank :/
This railtrack scale is located at Kepa Zawadowska in Warsaw enroute to the EC Siekierki heat- and powerplant. It is built into the track and measures the weight of 4-axle cars, which bring coal to EC Siekierki. The speed at the scale must be reduced to 3 to 5 km/h max. to allow proper operation. The length of the measuring track is exactly to match the Eaos/Eas railcars' length.
Description(Physical Details): Stainless steel pocket prescription scale in a steel case. "DR. C. H. FITCH'S PRESCRIPTION SCALE" stamped on the outside of the case, along with patent date of Sept 29 1885 and manufacturer's mark. Inside of the case is a small pan, which is attached to a pin. A steel tab with a scale on it slides into the pan to adjust the desired amount, measured in grains with capacity from 1/2 grain to 20 grains. Also included in this set is a spatula with a folding handle, which fits inside of the box. Fits inside of a cardboard box.

The interior is taking shape. The characteristic holes in the floor have been drilled and the floor panels glued in. The engine room has been covered with plywood.

Yesterday the tire flew off my minibus, I cut the head off a pit viper and I was banned from a commercial flight by associating with a narco-trafficker. Today I am bushwhacking through the jungle in the remote trail-less backwaters of Guyana, waist deep in water and praying to make it through the rest of the day alive. What will tomorrow bring? General store scale from England, bought in an out of the way antique store near Alvin, Texas. Made by Avery, Birmingham, England. The weights were included in the deal. They are usually missing.

Built in 1856 as an effort by the Danish government to improve trade in the by-then declining Christiansted, the Scale House allowed for products to be inspected and weighed on a massive floor scale in the open room to assess their value. The effort failed to improve the finances of St. Croix.
