It has been some time since I’ve had Kelvin Central/KCB Network on my layout table. It’s been even longer since I did any code 3 of them. That changes with these additions to my fleet.
The Atlantean/Fleetline had the plugs drilled out and was disassembled to allow for the previously white band to be painted Ford Ivory. While that dried I painted the interior.
The Leopard Duple Dominant was enjoyably straightforward. The second to join my KCB fleet and wearing the later livery and company branding. Helpfully both are missing the same mirror, offside.
I have plans for at least one more KCB addition in 2025, next time a kit.

Having two EFE 22710, Stagecoach Western, Leyland Leopard Alexander Y Types, I took the scruffy one and removed the Western fleetnames and legal lettering before applying a full set of Sunrise transfers. This Y Type now joins the small Stagecoach fleet and will brighten and give more variety to my Dundee dioramas going forward. Also pictured here are R539 GSF, fleetnumber 539, on X24 service to Glasgow Buchanan Bus Station, via Glenrothes, Dunfermline and Cumbernauld. And OMS 910W, fleetnumber 019, transferred down from Stagecoach Bluebird, this Leyland Olympian ECW, double decker is arriving to Dundee from Perth on the 16 service.
This is my first ever toy/model bus, a Dinky Toys 290 bought for me by my late Dad in the early 1960's, God knows how many coats of paint it has had, I have painted it many times as well as my dad spraying it with thick green paint as he tried out one of his spray guns, I eventually painted it about 20 years ago into East Kent livery, one day I may repaint it into original Dinky Toys green and cream.
