A shot of the set up used for this forced perspective street scene. One garden table. Two tripods. Two fake roads. Eight cars. And, just out of sight - one ever so slightly annoying person who cannot make her mind up!
One Jaguar has returned from the hunt and is waiting patiently for its mate. Like a moth, it is attracted to the only streetlamp.

Hello everyone, and Happy Easter! 🐣
I’m excited to introduce my newest design: the RT5 Turbo — one of my favorite hot hatch models I’ve created so far. This model is an alternative build for the 10295 official set, made entirely from the parts included in that set.
The model includes many functional and detailed features:
• Opening doors
• Opening hood
• Rear engine cover
• Working steering connected to the steering wheel
• Detailed engine bay
• Detailed interior
Built at approximately 1:13 scale, it matches the scale of the official set nicely and looks great displayed alongside it.
Hope you like it, thanks for looking!

This shot is from inside Maghull Library on Merseyside looking out over into its courtyard and onto a G-Scale model railway which is presently being constructed.
Maghull's most famous resident was legendary toy-maker Frank Hornby lived there for much of his adult life. The Town's Leisure Centre houses Maghull Library and above it the Frank Hornby Heritage Centre that's run by the Frank Hornby Charitable Trust. The Trust and Sefton Council's Library Service are working together to theme Maghull Library along Hornby/Meccano/model railway lines and the outdoor model railway pictured is a part of a Lottery-funded project being promoted by Sefton Libraries.

That small island in the middle of the river is not allowed for motor vehicles. They’d tow that thing away if it was towable, but clearly it’s not. And how could they anyway, it’s an island.
I wonder if it’ll still be there when winter comes.
I thought I would try a practice pack of the Landcruiser before we take it out on a big trip. There is still a heap of gear to come out of the garage. Spares, another battery, a generator, a large tent, table and chairs and a heap of other bags. I might have to find a small trailer and put that shiny new brass ball on the tow bar to the test. Dougie did a good job on the tow bar for me!
And anyway, who on earth takes a wheeled suitcase on a camping trip? I'll have to swap that to a backpack!
Forced perspective shot showing a Kyosho 1/18th scale Toyota Landcruiser, a small selection of camping and other 1/18th scale accessories from a Land Rover kit, and silly me with the suitcase! Background cars are all full size.

I would feel a lot better if the front end isn't so fragile, but well, it's the best I could manage for now.
Colour choices are limited as the 27925 corner tile isn't available in black yet, would love to have black headlights with red, blue or white body.

Like the X-Wing model uploaded earlier, this is an oldie from the bottom of a cardboard box filled with childhood scale models. I ran into this today as I cleared a couple of shelves in the basement.
This is a Monogram model I got with great expectations after the wonderful X-Wing. I was so disappointed when I found out that this was a very, very simple model which had no pilot nor a cockpit, just the canopy with black decals for windows. Also, the kit had no orange stripe decals for the bottom, only top. Maybe that's why I was a bit more adventurous with the matchstick weathering. I wanted this to look mean, so, pushing the envelope, the matchstick flame melted the plastic here and there during the process. The damage actually looks allright now (not really visible from this angle), this one just looks battered, as if it's seen a lot of interstellar action.
There's an Avanaut Facebook page for those who like liking such things.

My first custom F-1 design in real bricks. I tried to model this iconic 1976 racer in speed champions scale, the result is quite ok I think.
(This was the only 6-wheeler racecar able to win a race in Formula-1)
This set has 128 parts, you can buy the bricks and build it yourself if you want. Details:

North American F-100D Super Sabre.
The North American F-100 Super Sabre is an American supersonic jet fighter aircraft that served with the USAF and a few other contries from 1954 to as late as 1979. As the first of the Century Series of USAF jet fighters , it was the first USAF fighter capable of supersonic speed in level flight. The F-100 was designed by North American Aviation as a high performance follow-on to the F-86 Sabre air superiority fighter.
Missing the F-100 Super Sabre in my collection of RDAF aircrafts, I decided it to be my next LEGO model. I always hesitate to build models that all ready are represented with very good or even excellent versions, and in this case there are some brilliant versions from (Lego Pilot) Wayne, Ralph Savelsberg and in particular Cody Osell. Having seen Cody´s excellent model I decided to use the same wedge pieces for the nose section as he did, but everything else is my own design. Funny thing though is that we ended up using the same pieces for the landing gear wheels and the main fuselage section, allthoug my version has a sligthly (half plate) raised middle section, to give it a little more curve of the upperside. The wings however are very different. The rear wings are angled at exactly 45 deg to the fuselage, and built as one continuous plate. The main wings are also angled at nearly 45 deg, built individualy, and attached with hinges inside the fuselage. Using this technique led to a very thin looking wing with a nice and clean leading edge. The model is equipped with two 450 US gal (1730 l.) droptanks and 4 AIM-9 Sidewinder missiles. The color scheme is chosen from a period in the mid sixties, when ESK 727 had their F-100s painted with the distinctive red nose and striping. A single aircraft painted this way can be seen at Danmarks Flymuseum in Stauning, Denmark. The model has no working features and is solely built for display.
About the RDAF North American F-100D Super Sabre:
As a successor to the F-84G, squadron ESK 727 recieved 17 F-100D and 3 F-100F in 1959. Two years later also ESK 725 and ESK 730 recieved 31 F-100D and 7 F-100F leading to a total of 58 fighter aircraft. The delivery of these aircrafts was part of the postwar Military Assistance Programme.
Due to a lot of incidents and accidents, many aircrafts were lost, and by the end of 1966 only 41 aircrafts remained, and because of the Vietnam war it was impossible get any replacement. In 1974 a new opportunity oppened to buy 14 two-seater F-100F from USAF. After a number of modifications, to suit the Danish standards, these aircrafts were designated TF-100F.
In 1976 to 77 again a lot of planes were lost, this time because of bad service quality from the companies servicing the J-57 jet engine.
Over the past years a lot of changes and modifications was made to the F-100; Navigation system, bombsight, and weapon systems.
In august 1982 the F-100 Super Sabre flew for the last time, ending an era of 23 years with the Royal Danish Airforce.

This model is based on a few different designs of Coca-Cola delivery trucks from the late 1930s. It features covered real wheels and removable racks of bottles.
This design is based around my 5-wide/6-wide hybrid delivery truck which I entered into a LEGO Ideas challenge a few years ago and was a runner-up winner.
Guess who's back...back again...
Here's Bandai's fantastic 1/144 scale U-wing, completed in my own custom scheme/livery.
This is also one of the first models I have completed in a long, long time.
And yes, I am plugging my Instagram - very sneaky ;)
I usually display vegetal chair's pictures on the doors of the cabinet in the living room. This pair( real sized and 1:6 scaled cabinets) makes me happy, and here is a newcommer beside the cabinet.
My 2ND alternative for set 76912. This time i used ONLY parts included in 76912 to build Ken Block's Hoonicorn Mustang.

Built previous Audi mocs in their common liveries, so I went for a more uncommon one this time. The beautiful Team Hitotsuyama R8 LMS was the winner of the Super GT race at Suzuka last year.
This moc is largely a modification of my R8 built in January last year, so buyers of the old build will be getting this one for free.

My other past time, this is a 1/72 F-89D Scorpion. It was a cold war interceptor that used 102 folding fin rockets in each wingtip pod to spray 2 inch buckshot at bombers. Revell kit I had for years that I decided to make based on the high visibility paint scheme.
Damon Hill's F1 championship-winning car in 1996. Williams won a total of 12 out of 16 races that year, what a machine... Also underlining Adrian Newey's brilliance in designing F1 cars.
Able to fit a complete minifig.

There are lots of reasons to love Manhattan Avenue in Greenpoint, Brooklyn: The donut shop, the independent Toy Store and the overall “mom and pop shop” feel that emanates from a morning stroll down its sidewalks. Additionally, spanning the blocks, there is a wide variety of architecture to be found. This amazing building was overlooked by me on my many trips there. It is located just past the intersection of Bedford and Manhattan Avenues where I would typically turn to walk down Bedford. An account I follow on IG, @bkbybike posted a photo of this building earlier this year and I was instantly smitten. The overall color palette as well as the detailed bay windows reeled me in. Additionally, a barber/coffee shop calls ground floor its home. A very big thanks to @bkbybike for continuing to inspire my IG feed with amazing buildings like this one. Enjoy!
