Nothing I love more than waking up on a new adventure with you everyday.

Served up a bowl of the soup I made. I really need an assistant when I do food so I can work faster. This was hot and steamy but the images showing the steam have the colors out of whack because the wall in the "shade" is red so my steam turned pink.

Ingredienti: Melanzane, olio extravergine d'oliva, sale, pomodori, mozzarella, parmigiano reggiano.

I accidently deleted this and it had some nice comments and faves!...oh well...sorry all!

One of my favorite snacks... a KIND granola bar with dark chocolate and dried cherries along with salty almonds and cashews. Dried cranberries from home were added.
