Joe and I went looking for Sasquatch! At Cape Horn, WA, I showed Joe the stick structures that I believe were made by Sasquatch. Then we followed a series of Xs and broken sticks, and followed a faint path that led us to a spring. At the spring, Joe spotted what looked like a footprint in the mud. After looking at the photo, I spotted the second footprint.
Impromptu dance party in the camping area the night before the festival began (we intentionally showed up a day early). This got bigger as the night went on & more people showed up.

In North American folklore, Bigfoot or Sasquatch is a hairy, upright-walking, ape-like creature who reportedly dwells in the wilderness and leaves behind footprints. Strongly associated with the Pacific Northwest individuals claim to see the creature across North America. Over the years, the creature has inspired numerous commercial ventures and hoaxes.
Folklorists trace the figure of Bigfoot to a combination of factors and sources, including folklore surrounding the European wild man figure, folk belief among Native Americans and loggers, and a cultural increase in environmental concerns.[
A majority of mainstream scientists have historically discounted the existence of Bigfoot, considering it to be a combination of folklore, misidentification, and hoax, rather than a living animal. Wikiedia
This custom figure is one of my early works. He stands 9" tall.
I remember getting a lot of compliments on this photo when it was first taken many years ago. It was taken with such a crappy camera, but I have hung on to it anyway.
