This photo was taken with a Asahi Pentax 6 X 7 medium format film camera with a Super Multi-Coated Takumar/6X7 1:4.5/75mm lens using Kodak Portra 400 film, the negative scanned by an Epson Perfection V600 and digitally rendered with Photoshop.
not really in focus, but so much fun to watch. i took about 40 of these, and this is the only one that was sort of focused.
Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, CA
This was taken on Christmas Eve. After a family event, I decided that this deserted beach was a good place to practice taking night shots with different shutter speeds. I'm REALLY new at this, so feel free to let me know what I could do differently to make it better. :-)
