For these samples I transfer printed onto
different strips of ribbon. With this ribbon I attached it to a dyed piece of fabric using machine stich. I was inspired by Valentino SS19 because of the lines that are used and the patterns which I felt related to my project well. I also took further influence from Christopher Kane FW16 which has a similar design.

Most of the swap cards I've seen are business cards from vistaprint. The green card here is one of them.
Some cards are hand-drawn or hand-stamped on card stock.
Some are simply printed with a home computer. The one in this sample is just a slip of paper. If you're joining a swap that specifically asks for swap cards, don't print on paper. Use card stock.
