this board is an overview of the samples I've done for the workshop I'll give on the 12th of january, in Paris at the www.regart.net/ training center.
it goes from theory through basics to advanced geometry topics such as lathe, extrusion and path sweeping. hope it'll be enough and, above all, clear enough.
This is a sample of my quilt setting--nothing sewn together, just laid out on the floor to give me an idea of what it will look like.

The 2010 sampling in Totten Inlet for the second season of oyster emergency-related Ocean Acidification work. Pacific Shellfish Institute and Puget Sound Restoration Fund do most of the weekly field sampling for water quality (including CO2/pH) and sampling the water column for nutrients, chlorophyll , native oyster larvae, and they deploy shell collectors at three beach elevations on a rotational weekly basis to document native oyster sets. Native oysters spawn much earlier than (Japanese) Pacific oysters in Hood Canal, so this sampling has begun (for larvae) earlier than the field sampling for Pacific oysters in Dabob Bay. Duplicate sampling is done in Dabob Bay.

We created these sample boards using the 22 colors CBS dichro has right now. The board shows the colors on clear, black, white and etched.
