Wedding Sample Box. Here is a sample box prepared for a bride and groom to sample some of our flavors. Amsterdam cake with raspberry mousse and champagne gelee. Garnished with a quenell of whipped cream and a sprig of rosemary. Chocolate garnish is tempered white couverture decorated with a transfer sheet (little raspberries) and served with raspberry sauce.
