I have been photographing wildlife for about ten years and have seen tousands of gallinules chasing each other across the ponds.But I have have never seen them fight like this encounter that was serious and lasted for some time.Another great moment in nature.View Large

After a nice few weeks I finally got a few decent images of these guys, they can be so finicky and sometimes so so obliging, this was one of those good days.

Saw this near Hawes in the Yorkshire Dales, hopefully we'll be able to see these again in the future

Good Monday morning everyone, and hoping a great and safe weekend was had by all.

This guy was interesting in that he kept going into the tall grasses and coming back with these little morsels that he would make quick work of, I did not know what they were until I got home and was able to see on the monitor just what they were, a little Froggy indeed.
