‘Rules for Living’ premiered at the National Theatre, London, in March 2015 featuring Miles Jupp, Stephen Mangan, Deborah Findlay and Claudie Blakely.
Everyone creates their own coping strategies or rules for living. But what happens when an extended family gathers in the kitchen for a traditional Christmas and they each follow those rules, rigidly? In Sam Holcroft's theatrically playful, dark comedy - there's really no place to hide.

The shot focuses on the man and the rule of thirds present prevents it from looking too 'complex' or 'busy'.
This man is a volunteer for an Indian temple and I was able to capture this shot when he was serving food after a Sunday service.

This is my example displaying the Rule of
Thirds. I like this photo the most out of all the ones I took for Rule of Thirds because it looks aesthetically pleasing to me. Also, it leaves you curious at what the girl is looking at. When editing this image, I added some exposure, shadows, and blacks. But, I scaled back on the contrast and whites a little bit, and the I scaled down on the highlights all the way. Then I played around with the tone scale a bit to get the shading I liked the most for the photo.
An expanded Fine Diners Club had the Edward VII private room at Rules on the 15th for Steve's birthday.
