Ruby-throated Hummingbird (Archilochus colubris) - I took better pictures of a hummingbird; however, I'll be doing some post processing on them to make them look a little better. It looks like the hummingbird is on it way to build its nest (It didn't stay long at the feeder) for it has something in its left foot. Spring is finally HERE!!!!

Ruby is blind in one eye after being hit by a car long before being rescued and adopted by my brother ;-)

My yard is alive with these guys........they like a certain branch that is located right in front of my neighbors red and orange door....great back drop.....August, 2018.....Fairmont, WV.

This summer, we've only had one male ruby throated hummingbird coming to our hummingbird feeder and flowers. It's been hard getting any pictures because as soon as he senses any motion, he takes off.

In the past few days, I've seen some other hummingbirds that stay longer, so I'm hoping to get more pictures.
