making some stamps from rubber...very addictive....after reading "Carve,Stamp,Play" by Julie Fei-Fan Balzer .I like the ones that look like wood block prints.

Necessity may be the mother of invention, but interdependence is the mother of affection. We humans need one another, so we cooperate — for purely selfish reasons at first. At some point, though, the needing fades and all that remains is the cooperation. We help other people because we can, or because it makes us feel good, not because we're counting on some future payback. There is a word for this: love.

“You can’t always have happiness but you can always give happiness.”
I make these and give them away, usually to nice old ladies who remind of my dear mom who passed away. I miss her everyday.
Some of my rubber stamp storage...they are on narrow picture frame shelves (Ribba Picture Ledges from Ikea)
Oh goodness, I haven't logged on to flickr for months! Guess having to run after a toddler the whole day leaves you with very little me-time..
Once again inspired by Tomoko Tsukui, I'm now loving these umbrella stamps to bits. They are going everywhere, from coasters to postcards, to eco grocery bags, etc... I need time to make these! ;P
I'm putting this set of stamps up on etsy in case anyone would like a set too. :)
