De jaarlijkse donateursdag van de RTM stond dit jaar in teken van de indienststelling van de recent compleet gereviseerde stoomloc 56. Na een grote revisie van bijna 20 jaar is deze weer rijvaardig.

Dit werd o.a. gevierd met een line-up van alle 4 nog resterende RTM stoomlocomotieven naast elkaar. Een uniek moment. Van deze 4 is alleen de 57 niet bedrijfsvaardig.

Ook reed het bekende Sperwer-stel na lange tijd weer zijn eerste meters met korte pendelritten tussen de Remise en Halte BZC.
