Featuring for once, the Duke of Wellington minus his traffic cone hat!

Wellington is rarely without a traffic cone. His horse, however, doesn't often get to wear one.

Several cafes and restaurants in the surrounding buildings.

This was taken on the hoof (groan) as we were on the way to see punk legend Vic Godard play an afternoon gig at the Poetry Club. I couldn't come to Glasgow and NOT take a photograph of the statue!!

GoMA's collection failed to inspire. Particularly worthy of disdain was the garden gnome covered in cigarettes. GoMA must think this is a prize possession as they've featured it on the banner. Wellington can't bear to look either. At least it's free to go in and it's a nice building.
