Sofia Mulanovich (Peru) winning the Roxy Pro presented by LG at Snapper Rocks on the Gold Coast in Queensland Australia today. Sofia defeated Australian Samantha Cornish comprehensively in the final with final wave tally, based on each surfers top two scoring rides, Mulanovich 17.34 to Cornish on 7.84.

The Quiksilver Pro is the first of 11 stops on the ASP Men’s World Tour and includes the world’s top 45 full-time touring male professional surfers plus three wildcards. The event has a ten day waiting period but requires only four full days of competition to be completed. Mick Fanning is the defending champion.

We had lunch in Roxy's Diner, a great place in Seattle's Fremont section. (I did not have the top item on that menu -- the "Restraining Order," which is a shot of Jim Beam "with a slap from your favorite server.")

This is Roxy, our 120 pound Greater Swiss Mountain Dog. She’s had her Big Barker for about 3 years now but she recently suffered a bilateral CCL injury. We opted for Prolotherapy and Stifle braces instead of surgery. That along with her Big Barker have made for a impressive recovery. We also have the SUV edition which was an incredible improvement for our long drives to therapy. Here she is relaxing after therapy on her favorite bed in the house!
I think she is UBER cute lol. Today in yard ..playing catch me if you can
Roxy is a Maltese and Pomeranian mix. I don't know how many times I have complimented on my cute little Yorkie. I just smile and say "thankyou"
