I took some pictures of Roxy a couple of weeks ago in San Francisco for her fashion blog: broadist.com
This is a pic I took of My wifes dog roxy, in my mazda 6, I set the exposure time to 3 seconds, The green you see in the pic ifs from a neon sign outside the laundry mat i was at in coronado (san diego) I got really lucky roxy stayed almost perfectly still. I dont think i could duplicate this picture again if i wanted too :-)
I used a cannon powershot a700 to take the picture
i got a chance to visit my grandpa on my trip recently to florida. he recently got a new dog, an american bulldog named roxy.
she's quite a handful; always jumping on top of stuff. doesn't seem to run out of energy.
The Roxy logo is interesting because the parent brand, Quicksilver, uses a wave/mountain logo, and the Roxy symbol is composed of two Quicksilver logos. The coloration of the logo varies among designs and is easy to identify, making it a good company logo.
A really impressive venue, all gold, shiny and theatre-red curtains. Pity about the picture screen, too big to move for the photo. They use it for concerts and films and next time I'm up that way I'll go to whatever is on.

Escondido, CA – Roxy is full of life, love and has a thing for tennis balls. She is always entertaining and eager please. I never considered myself a “dog” person but she has way to jump straight into one’s heart. She was a rescue dog and my brother and his wife took her in – now she is one of the family so to speak.

The Roxy Live Bar

On the corner of Franklin and First in Downtown Clarksville, the Lillian Theater was built in 1912. It burned down in 1913 and was rebuilt. It burned down again in 1945 and the was rebuilt again, this time as the Roxy theater.
It showed first run movies until 1980 and then ever since 1983 has been used as a popular live theater.
The Art Deco theater was also the backdrop of the music video "All I wanna Do" by Sheryl Crow in the mid 90's.
