Earlier this year, nudged by a wonderful & inspiring friend who sells precious stones of a beauty-full quality, I started dipping my toes into jewelry crafting, making earrings out of said precious stones & Sterling silver. This collection shows the first results ~ with many more to come shortly.
Finishing up a custom order of 3 pairs first though. I'm also giving wire wrapping a try ... so far, I'm loving playing around with all those different shapes, sizes, and color combos and on top of that those stones are just awesome!
Shhhhht: I've just received some wonderrrrrrrrrrrr-full earwires...and I'm totally excited to put them to use (read: "creative day coming soon") ;o)

Large rose quartz coin shaped beads with white freshwater pearls are separated by Swarovski rosaline crystals. Sterling silver spacers add texture to this beautiful breast cancer bracelet.
Don't NOT attempt to eat one of these unless you have diamond teeth with an equally strong reenforced jaw. And I'm not talking about these diamond grills that are all the rage these days, they just won't do. You need reliable durability. Pairs nicely with a light rose wine, but that doesn't mean cheap whiskey won't wash it down.

"B o h e m i a n" - is a piece that reflects my soul, yes, exactly, this is wat lays inside me. These shapes, colors...
I really don't know why so long I didn't make anything like that, after my first piece :)
Copper 2mm wire, purple amethyst, beautiful sparkly pink garnet and rose quartz rondelles...
The inner size of the necklace is 12 cm (4 5/8"), of course, it will fit to any size, because you don't need to close it ;)
The pendant is 5.5x3.5 cm (2 1/8x1 3/8"), the chains - 7 cm (2 3/4").

Since 28/11/2025, the souvenir shop De Bazaar at Fata Morgana has a new addition. Visitors to De Bazaar souvenir shop pass a market stall with a screen, where a merchant appears. These are not actors: the video material was created using artificial intelligence.
The videos contain no interactive element: AI is used only to shape and animate the merchants. They loudly promote mysterious stones that visitors can purchase. Occasionally, animals also appear. According to Efteling, AI is a way to "enrich the creative vision without losing our authenticity."
De Bazaar is located near the exit of the attraction. A cabinet in the shop displays stones such as pyrite, rock crystal, agate geodes, rose quartz, and amethyst. They are priced individually, starting at €2. It is also possible to fill a velvet pouch—blue, red, or purple—with stones from the jars for €8.50.
