The Hofburg, Vienna (Wien)

In a courtyard overlooking the Burggarten @ Hofburg Palace,

The inscription reads: *his aedibus adhaeret concors populorum amor*, meaning:

In this building I reconciled the love of the nations (peoples)

I can't say much more about these particular statues conversations or relationships, but I imagine a storied history, as all around this palace.

#FUJI-FILM USER NOTE:

Here I used the infamous 18-135mm lens, which I originally bought for its range/weather resistance for travel. Lots of testing and findings of softness around the edges at extreme lengths. I think I hit this right in its sweet spot (and nice body temperature) - 98.6 - mm.

This is to me an example of a great lens when it plays to its strengths. Works great with the XT-2
