Trying to get the most out of this lovely bouquet I received from my husband on Valentine's Day. I've never had roses last this long... 10 days and counting!
"Dress up, " he said when I asked where we were going. That usually means a ballroom! It's not often that I get a chance to go ballroom dancing... and to share that with my angel is special.
Ballroom in the Clouds is a special, romantic place for couples. A large dance floor offers many couples romantic dances, but there are several platforms and areas where you can share a quiet dance together.
Up high above the dance floor, you can dance on clouds or sit sweetly on pose balls just holding each other. A dinner setting for two also offers a complete package for a romantic date.
And the music here is a tad more modern than some other ballrooms. We knew most of the music and sang along. Take a loved one... they will love it!

After the excitement of the holidays, Teddy Bear was just sitting there alone in the living room. He appeared lost in a big people chair. Mermaid was a mindless doodle on the kitchen table for the longest time before the table had to be cleaned up. She ended up stuck on the refrigerator, lost among a blizzard of kid photos and drawings. No one thought anything of it. All was as it should be -- until Teddy Bear went missing. The family looked everywhere in the house. No Teddy Bear anywhere. Then someone went out on the back porch, and there he was, puffed up like you wouldn't believe. And he wasn't alone. He had a friend and and he had an arm around her while she sat on his lap. She was Mermaid, all snuggly and content, as if this little escapade was absolutely normal behavior for a teddy bear and a mermaid doodle! Since this was the first time they had done anything like this, the family decided to go easy on them. Come in the house, the family said, and all would be forgiven. So far, Teddy Bear and Mermaid have said "no thanks." They are also refusing to say how they opened the porch door.
