It’s fast (especially in Boost mode), achieves 318 electric miles per charge, produces 544-horsepower, and features a rear 31” BMW Theatre Screen that folds out from the ceiling. Other amenities include Rear Executive Lounge Seating, Bowers & Wilkins premium audio, auto opening and closing doors similar to Rolls-Royce, crystal headlights, and three years of free Electrify America charging. Moreover, the EV maintains the dynamic performance attributes we have come to expect from BMWs.

This 83 year old car won a True Grit award at the 2016 Peking to Paris Rally, a journey of 9000 miles in 36 days over some of the harshest roads in Asia. The owner, Hok Kiang Sia from Malaysia, undertook the race with his son, and it nearly ended in disaster. A faulty fuel line caused a fire when in the Gobi Desert, almost destroying the engine compartment, but after five days of repair work and a spirited drive for the next 2100 miles, they finally met up again with the other competitors.
PS: the owner said that he bought the Malaysian 1934 number plate when he was told that the car was a 1934 Rolls Royce, only later to find out that it was built in 1933.
