Warrior Forge's Cadre (the personnel that leads the Cadets through the camp) are made up of reservists, Professors of Military Science, and Cadet Command Officials. For weeks prior to the arrival of the first regiment, cadre plan, practice, rehearse, and overview the training sites and in-briefs, to ensure the safety and efficiency of Warrior Forge.
