Shortly after roll-out, I got a chance to see the 787 right next to a 777 rear fuselage section. The windows really are bigger. Also, in this picture, you can see into the airplane a bit, and the stringers and ribs in the roof

A fractional-operated Learjet 60 pops open its thrust reversers and spoilers on its landing rollout at KADS. The Lear 60 made its first flight in 1990 as a refinement of the earlier Learjet 55 which was the first Learjet to feature winglets. The upturned winglets in the Learjet 55 got it the name Longhorn which also referred to the wing. The Learjet 60 added a whole host if aerodynamic refinements like the curved trailing edge of the winglet to minimize interference of the wing with the benefits of the winglet. Learjet called this their "ogive winglet" and variations of this theme can also be seen on other aircraft from Bombardier (Learjet's owner) like the CRJ series and the Challenger 300. The two delta fins under the tail were new to the Learjet 60 as well. Despite all the changes, the Learjet 60 still bears many of Bill Lear's design work features. The upcoming Learjet 85 will have an all new wing and while it will have Learjet features, it's pretty much a fresh break from Bill Lear's legacy.
