Next the rolling was live. Not often you see folks picking stones by hand these days. In the past those who worked on fields with few stones appreciated a chance to get out from the tractor and stretch their legs, those with plenty of stones to pick didn't like them as much.

Pew in 1929 for his summer residence; Mr. Pew enlarged the estate and renamed it Rolling Hill Farm; in 1958 fire destroyed the house; in the mid-1990s, Lower Merion Township purchased the 103 acres and remaining buildings to be a natural preserve and renamed the property Rolling Hill Park

I stopped in at Rolling Stones, which is an interesting place I used to drive by all the time. It is decorated lavishly on the outside, and as I went in, on the inside too. They have a wonderful selection of popular, rock and jazz recordings on CD. I saw some good values, CD’s priced at 7.99 and such. The ceiling is covered with old CD’s of various sorts, and others hang from strings and sparkle brilliantly in the track lighting indoors. Outside the store they have posters of various rock groups covering the windows: Kiss, Led Zeppelin, etc. And I noticed too, that there were about a dozen yellow-painted concrete posts that ensured that no vehicles on a collision course wound make it much farther. I expect they have had drunks and the like hitting their store from time to time.
