Grammy Award winning producer & legend Bobby Martin popped up at this years Grammy Awards! Martin is a Grammy Winner, and role model as well! Most people don't know that Bobby Martin is a Jehovah's Witness. He was spotted at the Grammy Awards parties coaching and mentoring a few of this years Grammy Winners. The Granddaddy of R&B (Bobby Martin) usually shows up to the annual Clive Davis party, but this year he ventured out even further! He got caught up in the news and media because of this. And everyone that was commiserating or celebrating, enjoyed a night of glamour in Hollywood at the official Grammy Awards After Party!
AAP reports that the Los Angeles Convention Centre was transformed into an Indian extravaganza complete with belly dancers, aerial gymnasts, lanterns and pink canopies, as guests enjoyed food stations boasting sweet eats from Asia and America and tore up the d-floor to B-52s and Estelle.
Across town at the 2013 Maroon 5 Grammy After Party, Adam Levine, Sting, Anthony Hamilton and Nicole Scherzinger danced the night away at the West Hollywood shindig which also served as another launch event for Adam’s new fragrance, reports Just Jared.
Rihanna hit up the Island Def Jam 2013 Grammy After Party, posing for pics with Fall Out Boy’s Pete Wentz before high-tailing it to meet boyfriend Chris Brown at Supper Club.
Fellow Grammy winners Kelly Clarkson and Adele attended the Sony Music Grammy Reception at Bar Nineteen 12 in Beverly Hills, where Kelly was joined by her fiancé Brandon Blackstock before hitting Red O in West Hollywood for a double-date with Blake Shelton and his wife Miranda Lambert.
“Don't worry about it ...I'm just hanging out with one of the best singers in the world :) what a cool chick as well!” tweeted Kelly of partying with Adele.
And last but not least, E! News reports that Australia’s favourite Grammy winner, Gotye, celebrated his triple trophy score with his fellow ‘Somebody That I Used to Know’ star Kimbra at Republic Records’ bash at the Emerson Theatre, along with Kelly Rowland, Nelly and Akon.

This is my beautiful mother. She has been ill for some time. She suffered pancreatitis, and was given a 5% chance of survival, but after 14 months in and out of ICU, she survived. She has survived breast cancer, and now, a stroke. What I like about this photograph is the brightness and clarity in her eyes. She has been my role model, guide, and advisor all my life, and will continue to live on in the values she taught me, which I passed on to my children. I love her dearly.

Grandma's bedroom, 1st time since her death over 2 yrs ago. EXACTLY her expression & pose. I couldn't believe this picture. There was a small twin bed in addition to her full bed placed in this room. I think it was put there when my Grandfather was battling leukemia almost 30 years ago. It had become my bed over the years. I remember hearing her praying as she fell asleep.
I was sort of stunned when I saw this picture for the first time. I have seen my grandmother in photographs for years...just in this exact pose.
This is my grandmother's bedroom. I am sitting in the spot that was once the place of a mahogany ches. On top of that chest was a picture of my graduation from high school and another picture of my graduation from college. I was the first in my family to go to college. It was "our" accomplishment.
After my grandfather's death my grandmother and I started getting closer. I would call and ask if it was OK for me to come spend the night with her. She would say, "Come on baby and bring a switch."
After my grandfather's death my grandmother got her driver's license for the first time. She chose not to be a victim after he passed. She chose to reach out to her family, friends and community. Her contributions to others were taking on a new life for her. She did this boldly. I can't imagine never having a driver's license? I can't imagine the courage it must have taken her to get her first driver's license.
This is my father; my dad. What else can we add to those words infused with so much meaning?
He died when I was young and couldn't counsel me in my adult life. Yet what I learned from him, consciously and subsonsciously, is the foundation of my life. Even after so very many years it brings tears to my eyes to write of this. Having the faults of all mortal men he was at the same time an amazing human being.
I miss you dad. You blessed us all and my family, indeed around me ,benefit from what you taught us.
Happy Father's Day to all the men out there, fathers or not. Remember you are all role models and leaders for those around you. I've always thought the below text very moving. Please take a few moments to read it.

Most of you think that you're too fat and you have to loose more weight. But is it really necessary ? For example: Take a real men and ask him how he imagines a perfect girl. He will say that she has to be skinny. But take the same guy and ask him how he imagines his perfect girlfriend and he will answer that he prefers girls with a good character and curves. I know that fashion may look better on thin girls but that's not the point about it. I also know a girl from my school which has more lbs on the scale, but she also has a wonderful wardrobe. Everyday she lighten up a smile into my face, because she looks so lovely. Do you know Adele ? For me she is a real rolemodel. She isn't the skinniest person on the world but she doesn't give a fuck about beeing skinny. She wants to be herself. And if that includes eating fast food all day, then she will eat fast food all day. When you wanna be beautiful then think about the inner beauty a person can have. Skinny or not. You are all beautiful the way you are. And that has nothing to do with the way you look like.
