How to win a fight?
Can somebody tell me
Is the fear inside?
I wanna learn how to live
Without the consequences"

End of another delicious 'roid week.
Exhausting but galvanising.
Thankyou everyone, let's keep in touch!

Dedication to Roidweek:
Had overtaken cyclist on the way home, but then noticed the cows were prime for a photo. So stopped off and let him overtake me (pretty sure he already thinks I'm weird for always trying to race him). And then stopped on the verge waiting a couple of minutes for the film to develop so I could be sure I'd got it; looking even more of a weirdo to the cows and car drivers.
1 shot to go!

Day 1 is all about the IMPOSSIBLE Instant Lab. When the conditions aren't right for your camera, or you need something that your SX70 just can't do, the Instant Lab is a great and rewarding alternative.
Oh, and I wrote a book about how to get the most out of the Instant Lab: bit.ly/ZTwBMt
Before anyone says anything, Ernie really does love the attention he gets when he's dressed up, and the color is all safe for him too.
[Fall RoidWeek 2018] Day 2: This summer was all about hiking. So is Day 2 of RoidWeek for me. This shot is from a the stunning cross-boarder region Cerdanya in the Spanish Pyrenees. We had 2 nights in this cute little town. The perfect base for our daily hikes.
Film: Polaroid Originals SX-70 B&W

Camera: SX-70 Land Camera (Silver)
Didn't realize this silver Land Camera tends to over expose when these were shot.

SX70 & PX100
I took this a few moments before I took www.flickr.com/photos/33478551@N05/4580810475/in/photostr...
I'm uploading it to roidweek - not because I think it's particularly good - but because of the potential conversation point about the new PX film and it's variabilities. This photo was handled "properly": shielded from light and developed at a happy temperature for it. The other one was not! I'm also uploading this, mainly, because I haven't scanned anything else and am soon off to some, no doubt, rain soaked wedding in somewhere so posh I haven't even heard of it before.
It's not all bad though. I'll be spending the night at Stonehenge on Friday so there may be more tales of ancient mystery on my return.
Happy October Polaroid Week!

Ciao October Polaroid Week.
Day 6
Thanks as always to the organizers and admins of Polaroid Week for all their hard work maintaining and keeping this community alive, especially here on Flickr where it all started. I appreciated you all so much. Until next time... ❤
