This is the rocket lander used in the music video, "Gravity Shift" by the band Heron. I was privileged to work with the talented H. Haden Hammond on filming the video and then was offered the opportunity to concept and model the craft our heroine pilots. It was created in 3DS Max and rendered with Arnold.
Rocket Infantry were used to take out enemy vehicles and tougher targets from afar. They used the RPG mk.III a very powerfall bazooka that is approximatley 3x more accurate than you average 80.mm mortar.
The rocket ship outline was predrawn, and the kids had to add colors, contents and other details. Later Lila told me that the first, bigger figure was her mom, and the smaller one was her - in case you can't make out the caption, it reads "My rocketship is going to barbie princess world." ... siiiigggh

Big-B's Hawk glider rocket takes off on a 1/2 A 6-2 engine. This was it's 2nd successful launch and followed an unsuccessful launch the previous day where the rocket got bound up on the launch rod and was blown apart when the motor ejected! Luckily, it was easily repairable with some 5-minute epoxy.
