Saturday Self Challenge: Bevestigingen
Klinknagels, bouten en moeren in een spant van de Mariniersbrug. Deze brug is vernoemd naar het Marineterrein (waar mariniers werden opgeleid) aan één van de kanten van de brug.
De brug is een basculebrug en is uit 1935. De brug is een monument.

Saturday Self Challenge: Fasteners
Rivets, bolts and nuts on a truss of the Mariniersbrug (Marine’s bridge) . This bridge is named after the Marineterrein (Navy terrain, where mariners were schooled) on one side of the bridge.
The bridge is a bascule bridge and dates from 1935. The bridge is a monument.

Wheel detail on an old steam powered locomotive found at the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania in Strasburg, Pennsylvania.
Technical Details:
Nikon F4S 35mm film camera. Nikon 35-105mm F3.5-4.5 AIS lens.
Kodak Tri-x 400 ISO B&W film shot at ISO 1250.
F5.6 in aperture priority mode.
Developed in Diafine for 4 minutes (part A) and 4 minutes (part B) @ 20 degrees Celsius in Paterson 3 reel tank. 5 seconds initial agitation with swizzle stick followed by 5 seconds of additional agitation ever minute thereafter.
Negative scanned with Epson 4990 on holders with ANR glass.
Looking at the work and steel that went into the Harahan Bridge now used by Union Pacific Railroad to cross the Mississippi River at Memphis.
