Riverpark Trail is a wild area along the right bank of the Brazos River, separated from residential development by a levee. Major birding hotspot in the area, so I hear.

My mom and I went down to the River Park to take some pictures today and this little duck was there and she is missing part of her foot . I don't know if another animal got it or if something else happened to it . I felt so bad for the little duck it was trying walk .

Standing at the embankment at the river park and capture the beautiful & serene sunset, camera & tripod scenery, which made me feel so peaceful. 3rd bunch of 2008 Taipei Firework festival.
Last Saturday on Aug 2, 2008, there were local activities of "2008 Taipei Firework Festival" at Taipei , the firewalk would be launched at the river embankment in the river park at night, and I went there around in the afternoon, outside the river park there were a business complex, which were famous with Traditional Chinese nutrition medicine products such Ginseng, glossy ganoderma etc, so I went for a walk and took a series of photos of old architecture, traditional Chinese medicine stores & some Chinese food booths. This time all the phots will be divided into four bunches, and the topics will be "old streets complex", " People's activities & shows at the fair , " Sunset at the embankment in the river park" and then the last bunch will be the "2008 firewalk show".
