17 May 2022, "The Square" Meeting Convention Centre Brussels, Belgium. During the afternoon session of the first day, the Heads of Secretariat formed the panel. Among others they handed out certificates of recognition. Young Sarvabek Nurmuhamedov, from Uzbekistan, travelled to the Belgian capital accompanied by his dad, and was finally awarded the prize he won two years ago after winning the Environmental Drawing competition organized by EU-CBRN (CoE) in partnership with the local community in Uzbekistan. School children across the Central Asian country participated in the creative competition that raised students’ awareness of bio risks, such as a coronavirus outbreak, as well as other hazardous materials and their consequences for planet and people. Sarvabek was gifted with tickets to visit the Atomium as well as a packed program to visit Brussels during his stay.
