The bindings on Michelle's rented snowshoes - Crescent Moon, which are total shite - kept popping off and in this case one shoe was left a few feet down in thigh-deep snow. Manray offered to use one of her (most awesome) MSR Denali Classic snowshoes to dig out Michelle's lost shoe.

[11/365] It's not every day that you see refrigeration units being hoisted onto the back of a lorry. Sadder still, it was only a few years ago that the (now closed) Peckham's used to be a toy shop with decades of history and wonderful displays.

SFX render applied as a luminocity layer to bring out more details in the texture.
but I didn't care for the wierd banding that appeared at the edges of things and the compression of gradients in the background as well as a dramatic increase in noise in the background.
So I reloaded the darkroomed image and the darkroomed+SFX luminocity merged image as seperate layers in photoshop and chose which parts of each were best.
