The attached pictures illustrate the first of a new proto-type Toyota customer lounge area designed specifically for smaller showrooms. The unit is manufactured, constructed, pre-wired and completely assembled tested and tweaked off site before then being disassembled, transported to site and installed.
Appointed lead design consultants / design guardians for Toyota (GB) Plc in 2001 and continuing this role to the present day our role involves all aspects of Toyota’s showroom architectural design, interior design, contractor management and project implementation within the UK from concept design of all new centres and interior brand development to the re-designing and refurbishment of all existing centres.
The success of Space Projects design and implementation operation emanates from operating a tight team of designers and consultants, all with a “total” all-round skill base. If a designer can draw the scheme, they can project manage, cost control, and implement the process from start to finish. The approach closes possible gaps in communication between designer, other directly appointed consultants, main contractors, and suppliers. The result is a seamless process, delivering contracts on time and to budget.

La prestigieuse marque de prêt-à-porter CHACOK a fait appel à l’agence BRIO pour l’accompagner dans sa stratégie de repositionnement. Avec la nouvelle boutique CHACOK STUDIO de la rue Montmartre (Paris 2e), la marque entre dans un nouveau cycle avec une adresse qui se veut être un véritable laboratoire dédié aux nouvelles collections.
Pour y répondre BRIO a crée un concept pour « évoluer sans se renier », capitalisant sur les motifs qui démontrent la richesse de l’histoire de CHACOK depuis plus de 30 ans. Avec le STUDIO, les collections sont sublimées par la théâtralisation des produits phares. Des jeux de lumières, de textures et de graphisme redonnent une place d’importance au sensoriel. Un gris de terre d’ombre, chaud, une nuance profonde qui évoque le daim, la pierre, la fourrure, des couleurs aux connotations luxueuses, une touche d’or pour sublimer… Avec ce nouveau concept l'agence a su véhiculer le style de vie CHACOK à travers un lieu chic, design et hyper-féminin.

Toyota / Sustainable Retailing Exterior Study - 2010 / 2011
Space Projects were appointed by Toyota GB Plc to formulate a blueprint for their “Sustainable Retail Centres ‘” throughout the U.K.
Being current brand guardians for Toyota GB Plc and having completed a successful roll out programme for 190 + sites, Space Projects are ideally placed to identify ‘eco technologies’ that will compliment and enhance the operational demands of Toyota Centres.
The study looked at every component and operation of a typical Toyota Centre to identify opportunities to minimize environmental impact through reducing energy use, generating energy, saving water, rainwater harvesting, recycling.
In tandem with environmental benefits, the study demonstrated commercial benefits via life cycle cost savings for the Retail Centres.
The realization of these works will be translated into Toyota’s new showrooms during the in the first half of 2011.
Toyota Enfield is the manifestation, realisation and result of our study work.
