During my public affairs mission in support of Operation Atlantic Resolve, I had the honor and pleasure to document a live fire artillery exercise July 23, 2014, near the town of Tapa, Estonia. Soldiers from A Battery, 2nd Platoon, 4th Battalion, 319th Airborne Field Artillery Regiment, 173rd Airborne Brigade, sent hundreds of 105 mm howitzer shells downrange in a variety of direct and indirect fire support scenarios.

Never in my wildest dreams did I believe I would get up a close and personal to these big guns in action. My only regret is that I did not ask to pull the lanyard and send one of the shells to the target.

I resolve:

1. to be the best wife I can be.

2. to keep my hopes & dreams in sight.

3. to let God guide my life.

4. to finish making our condo into our home.

5. not to let my current camera's limitation impede my creativity.

6. to immerse myself in Project 52 and follow through.

UPDATE: Adding a resolution... Capture more moments between myself and hubby.
