We celebrate light in our pictures. Understanding how light interacts with the camera is paramount to the work we do. The temperature, intensity and source of light can wield different photography effect on the same subject or scene; add ISO, aperture and speed, the camera, the lens type, focal length and filters…the combination is varied and multi-layered and if you know how to use them all, you will come to appreciate that all lights are useful, even those surrounded by a lot of darkness.
We are guided by three passions, simple but overwhelmingly strong, our longing to capture in print, that which is beautiful, the constant search for the one picture, and constant barrage of new equipment and style of photography. These passions, like great winds, have blown us across the globe in search of the one and we do understand the one we do look for might be this picture right here for someone else out there.

Monday night my friends The Requested invited me to go with them on there trip to Corpus Christi, TX since they had a show with Gwen Stacy, Vanna, Oceana, and Armor For The Broken.
This was my first time hitting the road with these guys and it was a lot of fun hopefully I can go on there 2 week tour in the west coast this summer :)

My doctor requested labs for me and I went in to get them started today. I gave blood & urine and will be bringing urine samples back for the next three days. After the lab I went for a PhotoDrive/Walk in Palm Springs. I took this photo along the way.

This past summer Image-A-Nation Arts helped provide Gen Con LLC with photo coverage of the 4 day gaming convention in Indianapolis Indiana. We spent several hours each day covering events at their request, and collecting photos that would help convey the fun and excitement of the convention. Our work ranged from bright day lit events to dark late night dance parties. We wanted to share a sample of our work.

Rebecca requested specific pinwheel blocks to make a Material Obsession quilt called Playground Days. And, if we had time, to make some little 9 patch blocks with leftovers.
