The super request for impeachment of Jair Bolsonaro (no party) filed this Wednesday (06/30), in the Chamber of Deputies, states that the president committed at least 21 crimes described in Law No. 1,079/1950 (Impeachment Law).
The request brings together the articulation of parties and parliamentarians with broad political orientations, from left to right, social leaders, collectives and popular movements, as well as individuals.
Check out what crimes Bolsonaro would have committed under the request:
1-Crime against the political existence of the Union. Act: fomenting conflict with other nations;
2-Hostility against a foreign nation. Act: xenophobic statements to Cuban doctors;
3-Crime against the free exercise of Powers. Act: Threats to Congress and Supreme Court;
4-Try to dissolve or impede the functioning of the Congress. Act: President's statements and participation in anti-democratic demonstrations;
5-Threat against some representative of the nation to coerce him. Act: he said that he would have to "get a beating" with senator Randolfe Rodrigues (Rede-AP), member of the CPI of COVID;
5-Oppose the free exercise of the Judiciary Power. Act: interference with the Federal Police;
6-Threat to embarrass judge. Act: attacks on the Supreme;
7-Crime against the free exercise of political, individual and social rights. Act: omissions errors in combating the pandemic;
8-Use authorities under your immediate subordination to abuse power.
9- Subvert or try to subvert the political and social order. Act: threat to institutions;
10- Inciting military personnel to disobey the law or infraction of discipline. Act: go to the demonstration in favor of military intervention;
11- Provoking animosity in the armed classes. Act: allies incited mutiny in the case of the policeman killed by other police officers in Salvador;
12- Violating social rights guaranteed in the Constitution. Act: Omissions and Errors in Combating the Pandemic;
13- Crime against the country's internal security. Act: omissions and errors in combating the pandemic;
14- Decree a state of siege without serious internal commotion. Act: compared the sanitary measures of governors during the pandemic (lockdown) with a state of siege;
15- Allow the violation of federal law of public order. Act: promote revolt against social isolation in the pandemic;
16- Crime against probity in administration. Act: pandemic management and attacks on the electoral process;
17- Issue orders contrary to the Constitution. Act: exchanges in the Armed Forces;
18- Proceed in a manner incompatible with the decorum of the office. Act: lies for political advantage;
19- Neglecting the conservation of national heritage. Act: financial management in the pandemic and delays in meeting the demands of states and municipalities in the health crisis;
20- Crime against compliance with court decisions. Act: not create a plan to protect indigenous peoples in the pandemic.

I'm a high-tech, cutting-edge, state-of-the-art, bicoastal multitasker. I'm interactive and hyperactive,
I've got a personal trainer, Princess Tova by name and she tells me what to do and I tell her were to go!
I've got a personal agenda to be faster then her running a half-marathon. Yea! even though she is a hundred years younger then me.
I go with the flow, I ride with the tide, I've got glide in my stride. Walkin', runnin', spinin', jivin' and groovin' keeps me young!
You can't shut me up while I'm exercising, you can't dumb me down 'Cause I'm tireless. I'm wireless and anabolic active because I'm fueled up on 100% chocolate flavored easy mixed whey protein. This makes me hyperactive, and from time to time radioactive also, especially when I'm creating the music tracks for our spinbike sessions at the gym.
I've been hospital-tested and wired up to a bike for a fitness assessment at my gym. Now after girth and skinfold measurements taken, it's now official that I'm a clinically-proven, scientifically formulated medical miracle!
My ideas are beyond the comprehension of ordinary mortals. The brilliance of my mind can only be described as dazzling. Even I am impressed by it!
