Fire Hose Houses were used on the Union Pacific railroad to cover a hydrant and store hoses and other firefighting equipment. When they were no longer needed they were sometimes repurposed as outhouses. This is the third one I have found and there is just enough of the Fire Hose sign to identify it. When used as a hose house it would have had a hydrant inside connected to a water line through a hole that was convenient after the outhouse conversion. One of the hose houses I found still had a crank on the outside that must have worked a hose reel. This outhouse is at a corral on the Crow Creek Road, Bear Lake County, Idaho.
A discarded horseshoe makes a good place to tie a gate open when it is nailed to a post at the old scale house on the BQ Ranch in Wyoming.

Saturday Self Challenge Chair
Stopping at a bakery in for a late breakfast on one of our walks, led to finding this chair, repurposed from a wine barrel. While it looks good, it actually wasn't that comfortable!
Knightshayes Court is a Victorian country house near Tiverton, Devon, England. The former stables have been repurposed as a cafe.

An old warehouse repurposed by nefarious Wolfpack outlaws as their hideout. Perfect for storing loot and even better when they have to stay under the radar for a while after acquiring it.
It took approximately 2 months to design and build this funny building and I enjoyed every moment of it! There are no skipped corners regarding design and construction-wise here. Meaning it's a complete building and everything is connected to internal frames, angels parts via hinges, no illegal techniques, no flex tubes etc. Piece count is unknown but for sure it's ridiculous for such a small thing.
Model design is heavily inspired by an amazing model created by Tabletop World. You should definitely check them out and see all of the small wonders that the create.

MKM Museum Küppersmühle, Duisburg, Germany.

A grain mill was erected in 1860 on the site of the present Museum Küppersmühle by industrialist Wilhelm Vedder, one of the founding fathers of Duisburg’s Inner Harbour. The mill closed down in 1972.
The conversion of the grain mill into the Küppersmühle Museum was completed in 1999.
One of Norfolk Southern's recycled 90MAC specimens rolls along Lake Michigan, down Main 4 out of CP501 with empty steel gons from Alabama. With the steady pace these second-hand units are going through the shops at Altoona, its just a matter of time before this guy trades rouge for basic black. East Chicago, IN.
In it's former life, this rusted out relic was an Exxon Service vessel. Now it serves as set dressing for a faux waterfront resort town of sorts, at Lake Sumpter Landing in The Villages, Florida.
As has been mentioned in a few comments below...the only thing missing here is the oil spill!
Back in the fall 2011 this was the scene just off Broad Street in downtown Nevada City. Today it looks virtually the same except the buildings are now home to our local radio station, KVMR. Actually, the interior has been entirely rebuilt to include the radio station and modern office space. In keeping with the town's historical charter, the old siding was removed, cleaned up, and reused on the exterior of the new building. Here in Nevada City things manage to change while staying somewhat the same.

Salon and Electric "Fill-Up"

A Trader Joe's bacon jam jar, repurposed as a workbench cotton swab container. This jar is about 2¾" (69.9mm) in diameter.
I bought about three or four jars of the product over the brief period of time (circa 2016) it was on the Trader Joe's store shelves. Each time, this unusual-to-me product never failed to please because of its bacony goodness. Needless to say, I was disappointed when TJ's discontinued the product with no explanation as they sometimes do, with what I admit was probably a cult item aimed towards bacon fanatics.
Even though this jar's original filling is now just a faint salty-smoky-sweet memory, the container lives on in its continued purpose of holding stuff.
