Art direction & editorial design for The Greek Report, a new semi-monthly magazine based on political reportage, social but also cultural subjects.
Readers come across important essays, exclusive news and interviews, infographics and analysis on current events. Through the design we managed to extrude freshness, vibrancy and memorability so it could represent the basic values of it while at the same time differentiate from the competition.
The design should also be approachable and it should embody all the above essential features, since it represents not an essay-based magazine but an everyday one, with all the spontaneity and immediacy involved.
These features were also expressed not only by the vibrant layout but also typographically by the usage of two typefaces: Neutraface Text by House Industries (Greek version by Cannibal fonts), that reflects this freshness, sharpness and accuracy while the research and documentation part of the magazine was expressed through Courier New by Monotype.

Tree Report in Auckland is a main part of tree chance assessments. Good tree assessment Auckland corporations that provide Tree Report Auckland perform numerous primary functions associated with the surroundings and the welfare of city dwellers (ecological, leisure, psychological), even though their blessings are not without problems quantifiable. But, in sure conditions, it's far essential to assign an economic value to the timber.
There are presently numerous techniques for valuing the benefits of trees and inexperienced areas in human settlements, which include statistical techniques, the tour fee approach, contingent valuation, the hedonic pricing method, and incorporated techniques. but, these techniques aren't utilized in legitimate valuations of most of the tree evaluation Auckland corporations that are providing acurate Tree Risk Assessment Auckland; in those instances, appraisal techniques are used.
Properly, there are primarily 13 number one steps which are followed for tree evaluation in Auckland & those are: -
•Trunk wounds
•Mushrooms
•Co-dominant branches
•Annual department extension
•Annual trunk diameter boom
•Trunk flare
•Surface roots
•Soil drainage rate
•Density of cover leaves
•cover perimeter form
•Leaf coloration and look
•Trunk and trunk base branches
•Mulch
Solution:-
Defend the trunk
Oversized, flexible corrugated pipe sleeves may be placed at the tree’s trunk to defend it. The pipe want to be as a minimum three feet to four ft (.9m to as a minimum one.2m) excessive and as a minimum three to four inches (7.5cm to 10cm) huge than the most crucial part of the tree diameter. as a substitute, you may region a low (<24”/61cm) iron fence at the threshold of the tree pit/trench at a ways from the tree trunk as feasible.
Rehabilitate roots
If your tree’s largest troubles should do with annual branch extension and diameter growth, there is a reasonably simple restore. Those suppressed increase signs display that the tree’s root tool has long past anoxic, likely because of trying to live to tell the tale in compacted soil even as moreover being quick of soil volume.
You could rehabilitate the tree’s roots without losing paved floor regions. The first-rate time to do root rehabilitation is when sidewalks have lifted, cracked, and are a tripping hazard, or while curbs are broken and alternative is vital, or while timber is of their dormant season.
Pavement demolition is the time to apply an air-spade to dispose of antique, compacted fill from spherical the present roots and update it with loam soil beneath a suspended pavement device (in conjunction with Silva Cells). Take away all girdling roots, but, do not cut roots from the specific root device (spokes on a wheel or tap root).
Get real soil to the tree’s roots
you may accurately excavate as tons as 4 feet (1.2m) underneath the paving go-segment with an air-spade exposing all of the essential roots; do now not dig or reduce roots that aren't girdling roots. If the tree is in a small tree pit or a boulevard with a narrow soil strip, that soil should be air spaded out and replaced.
