Mingle Media TV and our Red Carpet Report host Rachel Greninger were invited to come out and experience first hand the Halloween Dark Harbors experience at the “haunted” Queen Mary in Long Beach. Our team got to experience first-hand all of the different mazes, entertainment and ghoulish exhibits set up to scare the visitors brave enough to come out and test their spook meter.

Mingle Media TV and our Red Carpet Report team were at the 13th annual Art of Television Costume Design Exhibition Hosted by Television Academy and FIDM last night to speak with Emmy Nominees about their creations and to FIDM’s spokesperson, and fashion designer, Nick Versos. Also in attendance were• Television Academy Chairman and CEO Frank Scherma, FIDM Museum Director Barbara Bundy, ad Television Academy Costume Design and Supervision Governors Terry Ann Gordon and Laura Guzik.
The exhibition honors the work of this year's Emmy®-nominated Costume Designers, Costume Supervisors and Assistant Costume Designers. This year’s “Art of Television Costume Design” features more than 100 costumes from 23 popular TV shows including designs from 10 Emmy-nominated programs. Costumes from Fosse/Verdon, Pose, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, A Series of Unfortunate Events, Game of Thrones, Good Omens, black-ish, Russian Doll, Sharp Objects, The Masked Singer, Future Man, Gotham, The Haunting of Hill House, The Man in the High Castle, Native Son, Outlander, Shrill, The Umbrella Academy, Vanity Fair and Veep will be on display.

The event was hosted by Daytime Emmy Award winner and three-time Tony Award nominee Kate Burton,

Tim Curry received the Lifetime Achievement Award at the event. Curry suffered a stroke in July 2012 and is wheelchair bound but spoke with press before the event, don’t miss our inspirational interview with him.
Also honored were some of Tony’s Leading Men with the Artistic Achievement Award to Broadway legends Theodore Bikel, Alfred Molina and Joe Morton.

This particular beach tends to have many critters wash up on it. Many harbor seals have stranded here...... mostly dead.Other animals found here include a beluga whale, a moose, grey seals and today we found this adult Harp Seal.
