This is my shallow depth image. I chose to replicate image 4. I focused on the feet and blurred the background in order to make the feet the main focal point. I shot with an f/stop of f/1.8 and an ISO of 200.
This projects goal was to replicate any image that we desired. When i was taking this picture i went into my back yard and set up a tripod and had my mom look at the original picture and position me just right. after like twenty five minuets of holding this position i finally was satisfied. i was also happy that i had not accidentally released the arrow into my neighbors house. When i was editing it i went and opened it up in camera raw and messed with the colors, warmed the image and made the blacks really dark. Also i cropped it in a lot. to make it look similar to the origonal picture. I think the Back lighting and composition are fairly similar to the origional photo. I also love all the different colors even though they are not the same as the origonal picture. I think some of the weaknesses are i did not exactily have a blue sky and the time of day and the electrical wire in the back of the photo. I also might change how much time i spent working on this photo and the composition. Overall i am very happy with the way that it turned out.
but wasn't successful. Still tasted decent and looked good but wasn't the same as my friends dish.
