It is not the politics of neuouauon and petitioning but armed resistance that can defeatfeudalism!! .
Repeating baseless insinuations and statist propaganda against the revolutionary movement comes naturally to CPI(ML) Liber~tionJAISA's revisionist politics. But for a force that has long betrayed the people's struggles across the country, quaint attempts at lying .
about 1ts own degenerate past becomes just as essential. DSU had in the school GBMs exposed the cowardly and opportunist desertion of the fighting people of Bathani Tola by Liberation when they disarmed the masses and thereby left them vulnerable to an inevitable onslaught by the feudal forces. DSU had also exposed the shameful and cunning attempts by Liberation to broker peace deals with the Ranvir Sena. Along with that we had also posed questions abo~t the way Liberation/AISA off late is making a mockery of the martyrdom of the people of Bathani in the demanding justice' for them. DSU's questions were never about the technicalities of the court case or about witnesses turning hostile as .

dominant bhumihars were always supported by the local authorities, the police, even the judiciary who naturally took no action against this .
continuous and forceful capturing of land by their Sena. The barbaric attack that happened July 11, 1996 was also the result of the diminishing .
r9?istance by Liberation, which by that time had left the path of armed struggle. The cadres of Liberation in Bathani were therefore left unarmed .
to face the inevitable feudal onslaught while their party was struggling hard to establish its new found parliamentary credentials. That emboldened the Ranvir Sena to carry out sush a gruesome attack. Not only in Bathani but the Ranvir Sena subsequently flourished-and dominated in other parts of Bhojpur too, which Liberation used to claim as their bastions. But in other areas where the armed revolutionary movement was strong, the Ranvir Sena along with various other notorious private armies faced a stiff challenge and could never dominate. Despite the attacks by the Sena, like the Laxmanpur Bathe, Shankar Bigha, Arwal, Ara, the people continued to fight back these private armies. They neither sat on inconsequential hunger strikes in the face of armed attacks, nor entered into 'peace negotiations' with Ranvir Sena, like Liberation did. .
One need not depend on any classified document to establish that the Liberation had entered into opportunist negotiation with the .
s own document released by its Central Committee describes at length their efforts at begging for .

This is how Liberation 'fought' the Ranvir Sena! This was a 'fight' that never believed in mobilizing the people in genuine anti-feudal struggles .
to smash the feudal authority that served as the social basis of the Ranvir Sena. Rather, this was a 'fight' that depended completely on the co-.
operation and goodwill of Ranvir Sena. At a time when Ranvir Sena was preparing for the most brutal massacres, Liberation was trying to .
establish 'peace' with the same. However, even the most brutal massacres left Liberation's faith in the state machinery unshaken. Thus, the fight since the massacre, has been confined by them to merely demanding punishment for the guilty from the same state machinery that for 'justice' .
was active and complicit in perpetrating these massacres. With their politics of compromise and class-collaboration they kept expecting and demanding for 'justice' from successive state governments and. fhe court. Now after sixteen years the acquittal of the murderers by the Patna High Court once again establishes the entrenched feudal character of the state machinery. Ranvir Sena is not just an armed group of a certain .
caste. Rather it is one of the many such private armies which strengthens and safeguards the authority of the feudal forces. The struggle against RanvirSena is not a struggle against a few individuals or even a militia. It is a struggle which needs to strike at the very basis for tile existence of such private armies at the first place. It is an intense class struggle between the two opposing forces in the countryside-the landlords and feudal reactionaries on one hand and the oppressed and toiling masses on the other. This is a struggle between .
the landed dominant castes and the landless dalits and Muslims. It is not a struggle that can be reconciled through peace deals or collaborations. It is also not a struggle that can be fought through solely petitioning in a court given the clear collusion between the judiciary-bureaucracy-police .
and the feudal forces. Unless and until the feudal authority is completely smashed and people's authority is established, private armies, in one form or other, will continue to emerge. The people who fought and decimated the Ranvir Sena and are today also fighting similar private armies .
and vigilante forces, are not the ones who have an eye on MP and MLA posts. It was not just protests by the civil society or even inteNention by the court that could resist notorious forces like Salwa Judum. It required an on ground resistance by the people which led to its disintegration. .
Rather than being driven by electoral calculations, the revolutionary movement has successfully linked the fight against such private armies and .
'left' and the question of land and justice to the question of revolutionary transformation of the society. Rejeding the revisionist parliamentary .
its politics of collaberation and betrayal is essential in intensifying this struggle against the current oppressive social order which has brought nothing but death and destructionto the oppressed masses. .

A repeating pattern I found in nature was of this tree bark. It's not a perfect pattern, more of a texture. I still found it to be a bit uniform and follow the general criteria.
In this photo there are many examples of repeating patterns, on the tin on the back wall and on the side the ripples repeat, the bored on the ground have a repeating pattern and there are more.
I made this photo black and white and only added color to the face accentuating it as the focus of the picture. I also used repeating pattern. I chose this as one of top 3 because of how the eyes and mouth are framed within the circles making it feel fun and interesting
This shot satisfies requirement 4 which is a repeating pattern (and is not windows). This shot was taken down by the Amazon building of the shade covering over the lunch tables nearby. The repeating pattern here was quite a few facets, including the rivets, and the mounting brackets, the shapes of the cover (which are both similar and dissimilar to each other). For this shot, we were still on program, so a small focal length was used to capture as much of the cover as possible, and the pairing of moderate aperature and releativly quick exposure time along with low ISO resulted in this shot. In post-procesing, the picture was warmed slightly and exposure was increased to compensate.
