Again using photoshop to give a mono lith style effect. gives subtle, slightly soft highlights and deep gritty shadows. Love the way in turns the water so swirly combining the reflection of the clouds.
Taken in Kam Tin, Hong Kong.
My lens is not wide enough to get the lovely trees on both sides.. so I got a shot on the reflection.

A while back I took a few pic's of some screws that I liked the look of, well...... I work in the steel industry and found these in a box of spares and just had to play with them, kept trying lots of different light n settings, played with the light and the White Balance for this shot I like the almost gold/sepia colours
Yet another f$@king selfie talken in old Quebec City. Took this picture of a reflection of myself in a store window, yesterday in Old Quebec. Was going to buy something but everything is so f$@king expensive. Seriously! High-end french language store doesn't find the clothing name offensive, in fact fucklamode is very popular.
According to the on-line English dictionary ... "Fuck la Mode is a popular Quebec fashion line that was created by Jean-Francois Renaud, owner of the boutique Oclan, in the year of 1989. Meaning: `la Mode`, in French, simply means fashion. Also, the word `fuck` in Quebec French has a less harsh connotation than that of the English word `fuck`, with a meaning something closer to heck."

Reflection of Maa Durga
Durga Puja or Durgotsava and is the largest festival of the year for Bengali Hindus.
There are so many bicycles in Amsterdam that I was tempted to see how actually Amsterdamers themselves see their town on the go. Curiously, in Munich bicycles usually don't have any mirrors, although roads here are not so flat. So, is it a fashion or necessity?

De ontwerpers: Leo Aerts (Alinea), Marina Bautier, Michaël Bihain, Susanna Campogrande & Lise Casalegno Marro (Allerretour), Xavier De Clippeleir, Alex De Witte, Simon Desmet & Timothy Macken (MaDe), Nathalie Dewez, Jean-François d’Or (Loudordesign studio), Luc Druez (LcD Textile Edition), Nedda El-Asmar & Erik Indekeu, Marie Gobert, Linde Hermans (Rode schoentjes), Bieke & Patrick Hoet, David Huycke, Bart Lens, Xavier Lust, Stefan Schöning, Diane Steverlynck, Ben Storms, Mathias Van De Walle (MVDW Workshop), Ann Van Hoey, Danny Venlet, Jules Wabbes, Sylvain Willenz.
De bedrijven: AGC Glass Europe, Dark, Deknudt Mirrors & Reflect+, Eternum, Fiam Italia, Ligne Roset, Linadura, Objekten, valerie_traan Gallery, Vervloet, Wever & Ducré, Zeri Crafts.

The Tea House at the Japanese Garden located at the Fort Worth Botanic Garden. Just love this one. It's so pretty there!
Foliage reflections at Sheffield Park, Sussex. The rippling was caused entirely by the wind; I haven't used any Photoshop effects.
Through the mirror of my mind
Time after time
I see reflections of you and me
Reflections of
The way life used to be
Reflections of
The love you took from me
Oh, I'm all alone now
No love to shield me
Trapped in a world
That's a distorted reality
Happiness you took from me
And left me alone
With only memories
Through the mirror of my mind
Through these tears that I'm crying
Reflects a hurt I can't control
'Cause although you're gone
I keep holding on
To the happy times
Ooh, when you were mine
As I peer through the window
Of lost time
Looking over my yesterday
And all the love I gave all in vain
(All the love) All the love
That I've waisted
(All the tears) All the tears
That I've tasted
All in vain
Through the hollow of my tears
I see a dream that's lost
From the hurt
That you have caused
Everywhere I turn
Seems like everything I see
Reflects the love that used to be
In you I put
All my faith and trust
Right before my eyes
My world has turned to dust
After all the nights
I sat alone and wept
Just a handful of promises
Are all that's left of loving you
Reflections of
The way life used to be
Reflections of
The love you took from me
In you I put
All my faith and trust
Right before my eyes
My world has turned to dust

Trying to figure out why I saw a train on Pie Island .... a place that is all wilderness with no trains! The photo was taken at 4:47 pm - 20 minutes before sunset on a cold day. Lake Superior is not frozen, but there is ice along the coast.
Amberwing dragonfly perched on a baby alligator's eye. I liked the amberwing's reflection in the water. The gator is about 3 feet long and is not captive. Taken at Brookegreen Gardens, SC
