I liked the reflection of the trees in this little pool. The water was at Millenium Bridge at Kirkby Stephen.

This is an old picture that I found. I intended to post it a long time ago but never got around to it. It is a little stream out in the country (the middle of nowhere Kansas actually) that I drove by and turned around and went back to look again. The only thing I did to this was crop it. I hope you enjoy it.

I am sorry to spoil you with these not-perfect-in-focus-cherry-shots. But that's life, you can't always get what you want... In fact these are the same cherries (i think) but just in a different puddle on a different time.
About an hour after the rain of the other picture there was the brightest sunlight from the side but the puddles were still in the gutter.
So I went downstairs on the street, grabbed the cherries and put them into the light. I increased the saturation and cropped the picture, that's about it with the processing.
One of the incredibly gorgeous sights on the Withlacoochie River here in Florida. Our Leadership retreat this weekend was at a wonderful huge house on this amazing River! We had a refreshing and inspiring time!

Reflections
Up on the Pikes above Angle Tarn, found this little pool with some cotton grass growing in it. Some nice reflections of the sky making for an interesting composition.

Have a great week. I am going to be super busy for the next few days but I will catch up with you all, as and when.
I really like the way the shadows on the cement blocks and reflections in the glass windows interplay. The clouds in the windows look as if they're part of the sky.
La série réflexion est un essai, une nouvelle thématique! J'aime l'idée que tout se noie, se dilue, que la réalité semble être autre!
Olde English Inn, Esquimalt B.C.
this is a replica of an old English Inn or Pub dating back to the time of Charles Dickens. It is due to be demolished along with other cottages due to financial problems and the area will be re-developed. The main building will be retained and upgraded.
