a reflection on a day to 'reflect and remember'
Armistice Day falls on the 11th day of the 11th Month at 11am when people up and down the UK fall silent to remember those who lost their lives fighting for their country.
There's a pedestrian path just a little bit above this image, and I've caught several reflections somewhat similar to this one of people running and biking by.
On our last morning in the Canadian Rockies, we walked around Emerald Lake in Yoho National Park.
We did the walk in the reverse of the normal way as this way I wasn't looking into the sun over the lake.
The grassy section across the lake is where an avalanche came down some years ago.

Reflections. One of my last from London for I while I think. Glass roof reflected in two large shallow pools.
I got a little bored and took a silly selfie, I saw my reflection on the side of the bowl and couldn't resist!
I am a reflection of what people expect from me.
And even then. It is not enough.
I don't know why, but this reminds me of a movie still.
I'm also addicted to golden hour -- it's kind of a problem.

Took a mental health day off work today, was happy to come across this Kingfisher. I had always thought they migrate south of here for winter, but some more expert birders I met today told me if they have access to open water, they will stay in our area through the winter. Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge
