Reflection of the Thalay Sagar peak on Kedartal (a glacial lake) situated at an altitude of 15580 ft in the Uttarakhand state of India. The place can be reached after two day's trek on some difficult terrains. But the view is worthy of all the effort.

On our recent Eastern Washington road trip, we visited the Grand Coulee Dam. This photograph was taken standing on the dam, with the reflection of the Columbia Gorge, Roosevelt Lake and part of the dam in the windows. The strangest thing about being allowed on the dam itself was the security. It was higher than in any airport I have ever been in, and we were followed around by security men with guns the entire time.
The Grand Coulee Dam is the largest concrete structure in the world and is bigger than the Hoover Dam. Strangely enough, I had never heard of it before.
I'm kinda into putting stuff in front of my subject at the moment •• I try different things •• this time it was this car •• I tried to fill the space with characters •• kinda like the result this time •• What do you think?

Brilliant reflections of these trees in full fall colors standing in the flooded backwaters. The calm water created a Kaleidoscope effect to the colorful scene with the reflections in the water.

I walked around Crosswinds Marsh today for a little while soaking up the last of the nice Fall weather. It was pretty empty and I explored some paths I had never ventured down before.
